When Jesika first contacted us to inform about her products, we fell in love instantly with this simple yet unique ceramicware. Tekuni Keramik was established in Bali to delivers fun simple functional everyday items yet has a classical vintage appeal to it. Jesika, the owner, once worked for Jenggala Keramik Bali as Product Manager for almost 5 years. But her passions is to be able to produce ceramic collection from her own hands, she likes throwing and making with clay. So after 2 years resigned from Jenggala, she started her own studio.
She wanted to make products that are endless, affordable, fun and perfect for gifts. She came up with Tekuni Keramik which used most local materials available, except some of the colorings that probably were imported from overseas by her suppliers. Animals and nature are her biggest inspirations. Jesika thinks that they are endless creations and great companion to brighten up our everyday lives. Just like this little bunnies in Tekuni’s Rabbit Collection and landscape-inspired Cylinder Vases.
You can also feel the clasiccal vintage touch in their Vintage Vases and Enamel Cups collections.
All items are handmade and hand drawn to meet the final details. You can see their other collections on Linoluna and Littleloop gift shop. And if you plan to go to Bali, do visit their studio at Clei Pottery, jl. Raya Ketewel Gg. Kecubung Sari 1, Gianyar. You can also find some of Tekuni Keramik’s product at Homemate Store, Seminyak; Littleloop Gift Shop, Ubud; and Widely Project in Bandung.
